Your Consent
By agreeing to this Privacy Policy, you consent to the use of your personal data for the purpose of fulfilling your orders, regardless of whether you order a virtual server, domain, and/or services directly from us or from our partners. You also agree that your personal data may be transferred to our partners who provide various services necessary to fulfill your order.
You grant us the right to collect, manage, process, and store your personal data to the extent and for the purposes outlined in this Privacy Policy and other documents issued by us.
Information Collection
UAB “AM Statyba” operates in accordance with the Law on the Legal Protection of Personal Data of the Republic of Lithuania, the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), and other applicable laws.
We collect information about our clients through:
- telemarketing and registration forms,
- when you purchase our products or receive our services,
when you provide your data online or by other means.
Data that may be collected for service provision purposes:
- for domain registration purposes – name, surname, address, email address, phone number, city (if required by the domain provider’s regulations – personal identification number, passport copy, etc.).
for relevant offers and notifications about planned technical work – name, surname, email address, phone number.
The client’s email address and phone number may be processed for direct marketing purposes.
If you visit our websites, we also collect information that reflects how our services are used or automatically generates visit statistics.
While administering our websites, the content published on them, and diagnosing potential malfunctions, we process your IP addresses.
Use of Personal Information
We use your personal data for the following purposes:
- to process orders, registrations, and inquiries,
- to provide the services you ordered – by managing service access and sending newsletters,
- to send you information about our goods and services (if you have consented to receive such information),
to notify you about changes to your ordered services or upcoming service expiry dates.
We are committed to never disclosing your personal information to any unrelated third parties, except in the following cases:
- if we have your consent to disclose personal data;
- in the course of providing services – to our partners who provide or assist in delivering the services you have ordered (e.g., a local representative in a foreign country). These service providers will receive only the personal information necessary to perform the specific service. All service providers working with us are required to ensure the security of your data;
to law enforcement authorities in accordance with the procedure established by the laws of the Republic of Lithuania.
Product Delivery and Returns
- Products are delivered within different timeframes depending on their type (physical or digital). Digital products, if no individual customization is required, are dispatched within 1–4 business days. Physical products (such as storage units, annexes, etc.) are dispatched within a timeframe individually agreed upon with the customer.
- Due to their nature, the products cannot be returned, as the Heko.lt online project offers digital goods and large-scale physical items that are assembled and manufactured according to the customer’s specifications.
Direct Marketing
We aim to inform our clients first about relevant information: special offers, news, and services.
The email address or phone number you provide may be used for direct marketing purposes based on your consent when ordering services and/or on the basis of legitimate interest, provided you have not opted out of receiving such offers.
You may object at any time by emailing info@heko.lt or by using the appropriate link in your account settings page to express your objection to the processing of your personal data. If you no longer wish for your personal data to be used for direct marketing, you can send us a message indicating your decision. Direct offers will only be discontinued for the email addresses and/or phone numbers you specify.
You have the right to access your personal data, object to its processing for direct marketing purposes without giving a reason, and to request in writing the correction of incorrect, incomplete, or inaccurate personal data.
Data Retention Periods
We will retain your personal information for as long as necessary to fulfill the purposes outlined in this Privacy Policy, and depending on the duration of the services you have ordered. The standard data retention period is 3 years.
Despite the above retention periods, we reserve the right to store your personal data on our server for as long as necessary if the data you provided has been (i) used in unlawful activities or (ii) suspected to be involved in identity theft or other violations under investigation by law enforcement, (iii) the subject of complaints regarding the client, or if we have observed violations of the Rules by the client, or (iv) for other legitimate purposes for retaining personal data. This data will be destroyed upon receipt of lawful instructions from law enforcement or other authorized institutions.
Your Rights
You have the right to access your personal data by submitting a valid identification document (a passport of the Republic of Lithuania, personal ID card, or driver’s license). To find out what personal data we have collected or received about you, the sources of such data, the purposes of processing, and the recipients to whom the data has been disclosed during the past 12 months, or to verify the accuracy and completeness of your data, you must contact us in advance using the email address previously provided to us.
Upon receiving such a request, we will confirm whether your personal data is being processed and will provide the requested information within 30 calendar days of receiving the request. This information is provided free of charge once per calendar year.
You also have the right to:
- request the correction of inaccurate and/or incomplete personal data;
- request restriction of data processing while the accuracy of the data is verified. During the restriction period, you will not be able to purchase our goods and/or services;
- request a copy of your personal data processed by automated means in a structured, commonly used, and machine-readable format. This is also provided free of charge once per calendar year;
- object to the processing of your personal data and request account deletion or the suspension of processing activities, if the data is being processed unlawfully, except as described in this Privacy Policy;
- withdraw consent or object to the processing of your personal data for direct marketing purposes at any time.
Any request or instruction related to personal data processing must be submitted in writing by:
- delivering the request in person to Tilžės g. 82A, Šiauliai;
- sending it from your previously submitted email address to: info@heko.lt.
Upon receipt, we will respond and carry out the requested action or provide a justified refusal within 30 calendar days. Upon request, our response will be provided in writing.
If you believe your data is being processed unlawfully, you have the right to contact the State Data Protection Inspectorate (www.ada.lt).
